Will a class be cancelled, if there are not enough students enrolled? All Art classes must have at least 5 students in order to be held at the time scheduled. If you enroll in a class that does not fill to the minimum number of students required, you would be contacted before the first class meeting and given a refund or a credit towards another class. If something comes up in my schedule and I no longer can attend class, can I receive a refund? Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund because we depend on the class fees to pay the teacher who is teaching the class and for the materials that will be used. If the teacher has to cancel a class, will it be made up? Yes, if a substitute is not available and a class must be cancelled, the teacher and the students will come up with a date to hold the make-up class. The make- up class will most likely be added to the end of class at the same day and time. |
